Engagement Manager, Digital Strategy & Transformation

Role and Responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be working in one of our North American offices in our Digital Strategy & Transformation practice.

You’ll leverage your deep experience to plan and own end-to-end execution of all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. You will play an active role in designing project goals and driving teams to achieve real business outcomes. Individuals typically successful in this role exhibit integrity, leadership, and the ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders and backgrounds.

The Digital Strategy & Transformation practice provides distinctive support to our clients to help them fully identify and capture opportunities in the new digital economy across growth, sales and marketing, organizational capabilities, product design and development, innovation, and new market entry.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework, top tier program preferred

  • 4+ years’ work experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm or corporate/business unit strategy function

  • Information systems, computer science, startup, or technology-related experience

  • Demonstrated record of applying critical thinking, market and competitive analysis, business model analysis, project management

  • Immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel to client sites 10-20% of the time
